Covid-19 Coronavirus Cases and Deaths 2019/20..

As at 12th March 2020, there have been 126,380 confirmed cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, and 4,634 deaths.

68,313 of those cases have recovered, leaving 53,433 currently infected patients, of which 5,707 are serious or critical.

Currently Infected Patients

From the data obtained, I have seen these figures of interest.

• As at 12th March 2020, there were 53,433 currently infected patients
• As at 8th March 2020, there were 60,910 currently infected patients.

I assume that the drop relates to the numbers recovering in China.
China is showing 14,819 currently infected, from 80,796 total cases of which 3,169 have died, and 62,808 have recovered.
