Australian Indigenous Population Change in Victoria..
During the 5 years between 2011 and 2016, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples population of Victoria has increased by 25% to 47,748. This State had the largest increase of all the States in Australia.
In 1850, the Aboriginal population of Victoria was about 10,000 individuals, it is now almost 50,000.
