Is someone living in an RV Homeless?
In many countries those people living in an RV would be counted as homeless.
That is one reason why some countries have a high number of homeless people. Not sure if the US includes those in RVs, or caravans, as homeless.
In the definition of Homelessness in Australia, for example, we include people staying in accommodation that falls below minimum community standards (e.g. boarding housing and caravan parks). They even include people living with friends, but not on the lease.
