Recipe: Yorkshire Pudding


To make 10 Small Yorkshire Puddings

Ingredients

  • 290 ml Milk
  • 115 gm Plain Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 15 ml Olive Oil

Method

  • Mix the Milk, Flour, Salt and Eggs into a batter with an electric mixer.
  • Leave it to rest for 10 minutes, while preheating oven to 230°C.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled 12 cup muffin tray, or 2 x 6 cup trays.
  • Divide the batter into the 12 sections.
  • Cook for 20 minutes at 230°F.
