Was Queen Victoria German?

Queen Victoria spoke German, was she a German?..

The answer to that would depend on how you define ‘German’..

Queen Victoria was born in England, and so was her father and her Grandfather.  That would basically make her British.

They say that George I (the Great Grandson of the British King James VI and I) was mostly German because he was born in Germany.
(Queen Victoria, being born in the UK, must therefore be mostly British.)
