Boris Johnson promised that the United Kingdom would leave the European Union on 31 October 2019.
He didn’t do it, so should he resign, is a common question.
In 2016, the people voted to leave the EU, and the government promised to fulfill that result.
They didn’t.
The government have stalled and delayed everything.
